Says there's an accessable ATM (Shared with UFCU VIA ATM Alliance) but there isn't one. It's been removed even tho drive thru sign says ATM too. Fyi.

They do not have an ATM and so I have to go out of my way spend more money on gas or pay another ATM to get my funds very disappointed.

This bank judged me based on my looks. I lost everything after my apartment flooded in the winter storm. Lucky my renters insurance company moved quicky on getting me paid but this bank decided to hold my money for an entire week. Sign in the window says 2 days. They couldn't even give me a real reason for doing this to me and what am I left to do? Just take it? They said no check history but everyone in Texas went through the freeze, flooding and loss of power, so obviously there are going to be people who have never deposited a check before coming in to deposit them. They only did this because they can. I'm going back to RBFCU another local credit union. I could have deposited the check on the RBFCU app and had my funds available instantly the check was well under $5,000.

Stephanie in the drive thru has impeccable work ethic and disposition. Doesn’t bat an eye when I pull up a few minutes before closing for a teller’s check. I’ve had other locations say, “no, bye” and shut the blinds in my face (Jollyville). Anyway, thanks again!!

I have been banking with Austin Telco for probably 15 to 20 years and I have not had an issue with anything. I have several accts of mine and family members for years. If I have any issues or questions they have been very helpful and knowledgeable. When I went to move my accts to a retirement company, they never had an issue with it. All and all I love this bank.

So I went to this location to get money out of the ATM even though I do not bank with them I ended up leaving my card in the ATM machine so the machine of course took it I waited till Monday to come to try to retrieve my debit card and the lady at the teller booth I'm not too sure her name she was African American she was really rude with me and told me that I would have to come back at 9:30 this was 8:30 when she told me that so I come in about 9:15 she sees me and then rudely tells me it's going to be another 30 minutes and then I told her how I have to get to work and she told me it's going to be another 30 to 45 minutes then I told her so which one is it going to be 30 or 45 minutes cuz you just told me 30min. Then she rudely rolled her eyes and didn't pay any attention to me. So I went back into my car and told my wife about what happened and she got really upset when inside of the bank and there were 4 people around even the branch manager so my wife had to threaten to call corporate for anyone to actually even get up and retrieve my debit card for me I know they said that there are protocols but there's 4 people inside of the branch 2 of them aren't doing anything I'm basically in a situation where I have no gas money in my tank cuz I live in South Austin in this bank is in North Austin so I was pretty anxious of getting my card back and on top of all that I had to go to work all in all they ended up getting my debit card to me but did I really have to go through all this just to get my card back specially being rude to somebody is not a good way to run a business.

Staff are generally friendly but the Credit Union's policies are very conservative to the point of seeing new customers as suspicious. There are other credit unions that are much friendlier to new customers.

It takes forever in drive thru and IM the only one there, plus the bank is empty...service is starting to suck from ATFCU, Ive been a customer since 93 and its time to take my business to Chase.

Drive through and walk up for your convenience.
