We found the perfect pre-owned car on the Audi Tysons Corner website! We were pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and hospitality we received from the sales specialist, Karyna Kupreychyk. She was attentive and patient. The finance manager Mr. Remelev was knowledgeable and led us through the purchase process quickly. Karyna took the time to set up the phone and navigation systems in the car and even let me borrow a phone charger for the rainy trek home. I did not have a good buying experience. I bought a really nice car that I had been looking for a long time, and I love. I had test driven the car and loved it. After returning my other lease vehicle, and then coming in to buy, I am not only met with no room for price negotiation, but I am also hit with a $500 Lo Jack fee that was not mentioned in any prior negotiations and was not in the internet description. They admitted it, but also knew I really wanted the car. When dealing with these people, make sure you get the "out-the-door price", and ask what they have added to the car that is not mentioned in any advertising. Is Lo Jack the new Scotch Guard?

Had a great experience with Badr! I came in knowing the car I want and even though he was busy, he made time to pull the car and take me to a test drive and go through all information with me including all issues and carfax history. We purchased a used Audi wagon from this place, it was just within our budget range and we had a great sales person. She was very friendly, yet not too knowledgeable about the car itself. A week after purchasing the car, I heard a loud noise coming from the engine. The sales lady said the car is sold as is, so there was nothing that could be done. So far we have spent $1500 on the repairs which I wasn’t expecting. Hopefully all is good and nothing else shows up.

I worked with Randall recently to get a new Audi S4, and everything from his attitude, knowledge of the car, the test drive, and overall customer care was top notch. If you head down here I'd definitely recommend asking for him. Unlike a lot of sales folks he actually listens to you and will work with you to get you in the car you want.

I would like to share my experience at this dealership. I started by calling and the gentleman who answers the phone is rude. Then talked to two salesman and they didn't know much about the payment plans or wiring or even writing a check. I decided to go down there in person. Only because they had the white car, that I really wanted. I was so mad when arrived that I was about to walk out. Purchase another car some where else. That is when I talked to a salesman. Who is Brian Aragon. He was so friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He was very honest. Which never happens. I was happy I decided to give it one more chance or I would of missed out on such a fast and pleasant experience. I also want to add that he was very fast at returning my calls and emails. Im telling you to ask for Brian if you want to get it done right!!! I would definitely return to deal with him in the future.
