Vincent Wu is so helpful. I went there for Audi recall srevice. First day, I stopped by their office and wanted to schedule an appointment. The guy told me he cannot help make the appointment. But I will receive a call for that on the same day. I never received the call. 2nd time, I met Vincent Wu. He helped schedule next day appointment and Lyft drop-off service for me. Everything is easy with Vincent. Much appreciated.
