    Worst Dealership .. stay away from this place if you are looking for Vehicle from this Dealership .. we saw a new q7 on their website. We got to a price that we both agreed upon ..their sales rep send me credit application it got approved. We let the sales rep know we were traveling so we wont have phone access for whole day we called at night as soon as we get to hotel their sales rep tells us that they sold to vehicle to someone else Stay away from these crooks, worst car dealership ever, very unprofessional, didn’t expect this from Audi dealership Please go to different Audi dealership where you will be treated with respect. We found a better car from different Audi dealership

    Always have been totally satisfied with the service from Mentor Audi. When needed, they pickup my car and leave me a loaner. That is why I traveled from Erie to Mentor and will do again with my next car purchase.

    My husband called Audi Mentor to inquire about a pre-owned BMW & spoke to Jeff Ward, the internet sales manager & Randy Bitner in sales. He explained that we would be driving over 3 hours one way from Michigan to see the car & wanted to make sure that there were no issues or problems with it. We were looking for a safe, reliable work vehicle as I drive over an hour each way to work everyday. Jeff advised that he had seen & driven it & that it was a good car & just had normal wear & tear. He said there nothing he could recall that stood out. They had already checked the brakes & tires & it had passed the inspection. Since it sounded like a great car we made the long drive out to Mentor, Ohio to see it & test drive it. My husband & I arrived at the Audi Mentor dealership & were rather shocked to find so many issues with this SUV. The interior driver’s door panel was coming off & there was just a big metal bolt holding it from coming off altogether. It looked as if someone had used this to temporarily fix it. The ceiling head liner fabric was actually torn & hanging down about 8 inches so that you could see the sponge underneath. The radio had been removed and replaced with some cheesy after market one. The front grill was cracked with missing pieces, the passenger side mirror frame was cracked with pieces missing. The leather on the passenger headrest and armrest were also torn & coming apart. We were ready to just get back into our car & leave but decided to test drive it after coming all that way. Another big disappointment, as the struts were rattling as we drove down the freeway. Randy tried to blame the noise on the grooves in the highway but my husband knows too much about cars to fall for that line. We expressed the fact that the vehicle had a lot of issues that we would need to have fixed & that we had a certain budget for this car. Randy’s solution was that we look at some higher priced vehicles. We understand that a used car is not going to be perfect, but it’s a shame that when you call a reputable dealership & ask for some honest info they can’t even give you that. Randy made no offer to reduce the price and only told us that there were no other BMW’s within 1k miles at this price point. Typical sales lingo! Note to Randy: we found one and we bought it the next day. This SUV shouldn’t even be shown in this condition at an Audi dealership. In my opinion, it tarnishes the Audi brand name and dealership. This is a perfect example of why used car salesmen have a bad reputation!

    Found an online listing for an Infiniti G37 and despite it not being an Audi they were very helpful and courteous. I dealt with Chris and he helped me get plenty of good information on the car before my purchase and was very helpful in facilitation the purchase. Would recommend to anyone looking for an Audi.

    My husband and I drove 8 hours round-trip to buy a car from this dealership. Ryan was exceptional, as well as everyone else we dealt with. The process was simple and clear. Ryan knew that we were driving from far away for specific vehicle we wanted. He went out of his way to create a personalized walkthrough video of the vehicle just so we would be sure it was what we wanted. We haven't had many experiences with car-buying, but this is by far the best experience we've had. Highly recommend this dealership!

    A friend and I made the two and a half hour road-trip to Audi Mentor from Columbus Ohio in his Porsche 718 Cayman to check out a 2018 Audi TT RS in Nardo Grey. When I arrived, the staff were promptly dismissive and rude to us. The car I had called ahead to check availability several times on, schedule a test drive for, and was the only one I was interested in was still sitting on the show room floor. I was informed that they would not allow me to drive the vehicle (which, by the way, was Certified Pre Owned) despite the fact that I was ready to buy. My friend was appalled and suggested we walk out and return home after some sight seeing and dinner so that our trip wasn't wasted. Luckily, I was patient and waited them out. After a bit of back and forth with the sales gal, the sales manager came out to talk to me. I was nearing the end of my patience as I sat through his lecturing about responsible speeds and how to handle a "powerful" car. To my surprise, he then had a change of heart and I was permitted to take it for a test drive - after swearing I would keep it under triple digit speeds. (Seriously.) The test drive was great. The sales lady was fun and offered some ideas as to where we could stretch the car's legs. We poked all the buttons, put it in sport mode, gave it some gas, and generally got a great feel for the car without going too crazy or trying launch control. This was the moment I was certain I wanted this car - but I couldn't buy it from this dealership after the way they treated us. We returned after the test drive, and of course the sales manager comes out to ask "How can we get you into this car today?" I kindly declined, as this was the car of my dreams, but the color was wrong. Unfortunately Nardo Grey up close is flat and boring. It took everything in me to walk away. I knew I could find another, but I wasn't sure how long it would take. My advice to this dealership would be not to insult your customers in your initial interaction. I ended up driving to Audi in Hunt Valley about a week later to buy my car, a gorgeous 2018 Audi TT RS in Mythos Black Metallic!

    My husband was shopping for a particular Audi, an Audi A7 Prestige. He fell in love with one that was at the Audi dealership at this particular location. We drove almost 200 miles, to look at this car with salesman Steve. He was very nice in explaining the car was in excellent condition, took it for a quick test drive. He worked with us to stay around the payment range we were hoping for. There was a boxed rim in the trunk that we asked about and it was explained away as we were getting an extra rim, he went on to tell us how reliable these vehicles are, that this one, again was in excellent condition..... We wanted to purchase the vehicle, but were leaving for Florida the next day, so he made arrangements so that we could have it in our possession before our trip. Upon our return from our trip, the check engine light came on and we noticed some shaking when braking. We immediately took the vehicle to the Audi dealership on Hamilton Rd in Columbus, Ohio and to our surprise we got a big bill, the vacuum hose needed replaced, the front rotors were warped and ALL THE RIMS on this vehicle were damaged and needed to be repaired in the sum of almost $2400!!! OH and I forgot, there was a RECALL on the fuel line that hadn't been fixed either! We called the Mentor dealership asking if they could rectify this because we had only driven the car for less than one week because we were out of town, we were even willing to bring the vehicle to their location for them to make the appropriate repairs. Do NOT get me wrong, I understand when buying a used vehicle that you will come into some maintenance because it is used. But the 30 day tags are still on the car and we have driven the car less than 400 miles 200 of those miles were driving home from the dealership! To have WARPED rotors and bent/damaged ALL 4 rims? On a luxury vehicle? WOW! That is the kind of shady shabby business practice you get from a buy here pay here car lot, not a prestige dealership that deals with luxury foreign vehicles! I have NEVER dealt with such a shady dealership with SUB PAR business practices, ESPECIALLY one that deals with LUXURY vehicles! The Audi dealership I took the vehicle to, said they would have fixed the issues without question if we would have purchased a vehicle with them. I know next purchase, will be from the Audi dealership in Columbus, Ohio on Hamilton Rd! They were taken back at the response we received from Mentor Audi! I purchased a used Buick from the dealership near my home, the water pump and thermostat went bad and they brought it in and fixed it as a gesture because we were a repeat customer, without question! Please BEWARE, if you are looking at this place to get a USED Audi, TURN away or have your own certified mechanic look at the vehicle BEFORE you sign your name!

    I recently purchased a new Audi A6 from Mentor Audi with the assistance of Randy Bitner. It was a great car buying experience. His knowledge of the vehicle and the various options were terrific and he educated me which allowed me to make more informed decisions. Randy was incredibly honest and straightforward on the monetary negotiations on the price of the new car and on the two cars I traded-in. I felt that he presented numbers which were very fair to me. After taking a test ride and having an initial discussion with him. 15 min. or so, I really had come to the conclusion that I would like to buy a car from him. He and his manager then did not disappoint my confidence with the monetary negotiations. I found him to be the consummate professional car salesman.

    Scott Justin was a pleasure to work with. He wasn't pushy, followed up with emails when he said he would (I called ahead of time to inquire about a specific vehicle I saw online), and overall I had a good experience buying a 2015 (new for us) Q5. I highly recommend giving Scott a call. Regarding the car buying negotiations, that part of the process was simple with no issues. We settled on a very fair price on the new Audi and they gave me a very fair price on my trade in. (Too bad things aren't always that easy, right?) One piece of advice - if you think you are going to do financing through the dealership and their network of banks, give yourself plenty of time. We were able to get a fantastic rate going through the Audi bank networks, so it was worth it, but we were there for 4 hours!!! (roughly 3 of it was the financing approval and paperwork) Davor, one of the managers, did stay late to make sure that we were able to get everything taken care of in the same night, so that was very much appreciated.
