Such a refreshing experience, Dave took his time with us, explained everything and went above and beyond. I never realized how valuable title insurance was before. Won’t do a closing from now on with anyone else. I highly recommend him. Not your typical sterile closing office, friendly down home atmosphere. It was very helpful to us to have our legal questions answered by an attorney before we closed. One stop shop!

Horrible Experience with these people! They deserve no stars!! I asked them to draw up docs for a Simple Seller Financing Sale and they wanted to charge me $1500. I mentioned i have never paid over $600 especially when there was no title policy involved and they reluctantly accepted. Closing time came a week later and the atty was extremely rude and didn't even want to answer simple questions because in his words were not paying him enough to explain the docs. I just stared at him a bit shocked and his phone rang and he left us at the table and his secretary comes in and says its because we charge 3 times this amount for closing. And i said that's fine but you accepted the price i offered but we will not stand to be treated rudely and discourteous. She said fine well you can leave. WOW. we got up and left that moth ridden dusty time capsule from the 50's. Horrible Service, Horrible people not professional at all!

Used Gotschall to close my sba loan. I asked him if he was familiar with it and he said yes he was very familiar and had closed an sba loan before. Upon closing he had no idea what he was doing I had to call the attorney for the sba and have her walk him threw it. Closing was on 1/4/18 here I am back in his office because he casually forgot to file my paperwork with Montgomery county. I paid him extra to expedite the paperwork. I guess he figures that 3/8/18 with his client in his office demanding the job done is expediting the paperwork. Save yourself a big headache and find an attorney who knows how to close a home loan. This guy is a joke. His secretary is his wife. No additional employees. Just for humor, when we originally closed in January David walks over to my husband and I and hands us 2 almost empty bottles of liquor. Very professional....NOT. here I am on March 15,2018 and this guy and his wife still can't put the paperwork in the mail. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DO NOT USE THIS GUY. I have reported this guy to the state board.

Attorney Closing & Title is so conveniently located right here in Spring off 1960. My father’s been going to Dave for years and always gets great service and reasonable rates.

Do not go to this place! This attorney does not know what he’s doing. One of my family members bought a property in march 2018 today is December 2018 & still NO CLOSING! I called many, many times all he did was give excuses and at the end say I hope you don’t fire us, I’ll call you back and nothing.

Mr. Gotschall is straight forward and knowledgeable - he goes the extra mile to provide information to help you understand the issues and answer all questions to your satisfaction.
