let me just say that Ashley Self deserves a golden plaque on the wall at this branch! she will notice something off about this review and will know exactly why that is but i needed this branch and her superior to know just how amazing she is with her customers. i have a very delicate situation and she has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me in so many ways. at this time in my life i have so much going on and she has made one VERY important part of this completely stress free and for that i am so very thankful. you truly are an angel Mrs. Self!

I am extremely dissatisfied with my visit today. When I walked in no one bothered to great me there was no line and only two other people in there but I was ok with them not greeting me. Once some one finally acknowledge me I told the teller I was making a deposit to someone else's account I had already filled out the deposit slip for her. When she looked at the slip she held it out in my face and said "what is that supost to be" I was kinda caught off guard and confused then she said "what is the total you have here" first off my hand writing is not bad and second that is not the way to talk to your customer she had no problem reading the account number I was embarrassed by the way she spoke to me. When I told her the total she said well your seven didn't look like a seven. Union is a great bank when it comes to accounts but they lack in customer service. Thank you Mrs.Brenda for this unpleasant experience with Union.

Union has terrible customer service. I ordered checks and never received them. Every time I call customer service they seem to have no idea how to handle anything. They just say they can't help me with that today. I have never experienced this level of incompetence from a bank. Switching as soon as possible.

The staff is always pleasant. When I go inside instead of the drive thru I always look for Brenda. She is delightful and knowledgeable. All the staff are that way

Thea is amazing. I only deal with this branch because of her. She's awesome!!!

Good friends of mine went into this bank on Friday..The Teller was overheard calling them Homeless(A.American Couple) & did not believe they had an account there or even Proper ID.Shame on this Teller & Bank.. She was very Nasty,unprofessional & just ugh..I will contact every social media site & pass the info to friends..Society will always have Ignorance like this but a Bank tho!smh.I told them switch to my Bank.

I use the Kenmore branch and find everyone there both helpful and friendly. I tell them all the time how great they are.

This branch is awesome never had a problem
