After my phone was shredded when it dropped on roller coaster tracks, I stopped in here to pick up a new one. Quick and detailed service, knowledgeable on the products, and accommodating with all my questions when setting up the new phone. Camilo and Claudia were my hero's and got me back to being able to work from my new phone well before my first appointment of the day.

We were the only ones in the store on a Sunday afternoon. The guy working said we needed an appointment to get a new phone, and there were no appointments left for the day even though there was no one else in the entire store. We went to the AT&T store off Greenville & Lovers instead.

I have only ever purchased accessories from this location but they are always friendly, the store is clean and they are knowledgeable.

My husband and I ordered new phones by phone and had them delivered to the store as we were out of town and porch pirates are an issue in our neighborhood. Upon our arrival at the store, the AT&T employee chastised us for having the phones delivered to the store even though this was an option on purchase. We were not told when we purchased the phones that we would need an appointment to set them up and an appointment wasn’t available for 4 days. We would also need to back up our old phones at home because the store doesn’t have WiFi?! How does the AT&T store not have WiFi?! Totally unsatisfactory experience. Will not go there again.

The salesperson Geovanni went above and beyond our expectations for getting a new service. He explained everything and gave us the best options for our needs. He truly turned my husband day around.

Geovanni was great to work with! Very knowledge and friendly. We came in near closing, not realizing how long the upgrade process would take. He was super patient with us and still took the time to go through everything with us and not rush us out the door. Great customer service!
