I think these reviews must come from people who don't understand business. A 10 minute wait time and you blew your top? Imagine having to work for a living lmao. I went there and the desk was kind from the start; helpful and quick to answer questions- maybe there was a change in employment but one Corey was especially helpful. Y'all need to look over ur reviews and make sure this is really the spot you talking ab imo

I've dealt with many banks in Waunakee for personal and business and I have yet to figure out why Associated takes so long. It doesn't matter if I do drive-thru or go in. Today I was the only person in line and I had 5 checks to deposit. Why did it take over 10 minutes. And this isn't a new problem, it's been going on for the last year at least.

For my 18th birthday my present to myself will be a new bank, this one has stolen hundreds of dollars from me in BS fees. Don’t let yourself get robbed go to a credit union or some of the new online banks.

Closing at 4 during the week? Is that a joke?

I have had excellent service Staff is very friendly and helpful

horrible customer service and too many fees. Go with a credit union.
