i called to inquire about a house and a man answered and was ery rude to me ,He replied it was under contract I said and what does that mean,I honestly didnt know, he was rude and acted as if my money didnt matter .neer will again use this real estate people..kinda sad

Not sure if the reduced commission is worth the lack of service and professionalism.
