I Love my bank they warned me when someone had stolen my identity n changed my online password n it was PayPal that stolen money out of my savings account. My bank dispute it n put my stolen money back into my account n closed out my online banking. The only thing that I have a problem with my bank is that their interest rates are very very outrageously high....

I’ve just recently started banking, and ascend is the best choice I could have made. Darlene has went above and beyond to do everything to help me in building my credit and setting myself up for a better future. She truly makes the process a thousand times easier than any other bank I’ve been with. I’ve done two loans through them and both times they were so simple, she always has all of the paperwork ready to go. She has truly been a blessing ever since I opened my accounts here, nothing but great things ahead and I highly recommend them to any and everyone for all of your banking and financial needs!

Good customer service is rare. Appreciated the Ascend Representative taking the initiative to come out of her office to help me when she saw the Agent at the front desk was elsewhere / busy. Now a days it seems most would hide out in their office thinking I was someone else's problem. Paperwork was gathered, signed and I was out of there in a timely manner. Thanks!

We just did our 4th car loan through this Branch. We use them over the dealership because of their excellent customer service and they always have the best interest rates. Darlene in the Mt. Juliet branch is the absolute best! She is so friendly, personable, and helpful to answer all your questions. I highly recommend Ascend and especially this branch. I’ve banked here for years, long before the great expansions. I was concerned with the large proportion of bad reviews. But honestly I always get such great service I think those of us who are extremely happy simply don’t think to write a review. I’ve never had a problem refinancing a mortgage, with the call center, or with the friendlyness of the staff at any of the three branches I frequent. The only issue I ever had was with one young lady years ago who was very new and the office was very busy. I was needing British Pounds to carry on a visit to England and she didn’t believe me that they have their own currency and do not use the Euro. But she was polite and tried to help so I let it go.

I love this bank!!! They never turned me down when all the big banks said NO. They gave me a chance with a Lexus, a credit card, and potentially a house(though I went through a brokerage company) not because of them just because I wanted FHA, the mortgage product Ascend was potenially offering was amazing, however! I am in love with the ITM, especially being a night shift RN my schedule is crazy, being able to bank "face to face" at 6pm or early as 7am is AMAZING! Way to go Ascend!

Went in to open a new account on a very quiet day, we were the only people there. It took over an hour and they seemed to really enjoy taking their time. After all that my husband already received his card and I'm still waiting for mine. Seems like they are incredibly incompetent. I wish we chose a different establishment.

We have a few accounts here and the staff has always been helpful and nice to deal with. I spoke to corporate Customer Service today and the lady I spoke to was delightful. Are they perfect? No. Am I? Heck no, so we're a good match.

I have had accounts with other credit unions and banks and Ascend always supersedes anything I have experienced. From a virtual visit to walking into brick in mortar, they always are just first class. Their rates for vehicles are great too!

My experience here has always been wonderful! The staff is always very friendly and welcoming Darlene and Shelby are super helpful and kind and make everything really easy! I look forward to working with them more in the future!
