    Awful customer service. We had fraudulent transactions on our account on Thanksgiving day totaling more then 800.00. We went into the branch on wedington the following day as soon as they opened to report the fraudulent activity. We were able to speak with the branch manager and he did not care at all. He told me that there was absolutely nothing that could be done and that he didn't know if I made the purchase or not. He refused to stop payment on the transactions and refused to get our money back for us. You can not trust Arvest Bank with your money. If it's stolen from your account they will shrug their shoulders and roll their eyes.

    Switched to this bank when I came down for graduate school almost 5 years ago. All I needed was an auto loan for a used vehicle so I could get around town and back home. Was denied because of my student loans, but the person said whenever I graduate and have a job to come back and they be glad to help me with a loan. Why in the world would I come back and get service from a company that refuses to help when I needed it. My debt to income is 17%, I have good credit, but because I am a younger loaner and I have student loans it hurts my chances.

    Since COVID19 they have gotten to be a real pain to deal with. The lines are always really long at the drive thru and I just waited in line for a half hour to deposit an effin check.

    Do not deposit cash into ATM's. Don't bank here if cash ATM deposits are a service you need. ATM kept my cash, did not credit to account, now I have to wait for a dispute to process before my CASH is available. Police wont help you if it's the bank that steals your money. Unacceptable!!! 3 week old account will be closed as soon as dispute is settled. 20 years of banking, this is my worst experience ever.
