Do NOT use Arvest Bank. If you debit card gets hacked, they do not issue provisional credit while your claim is being investigated. A claim can take any where between 10-90 days. If they find you are not at fault then they will return your money to you.

This Bank is incapable of protecting my money from scammers. I had previously had someone swipe my info likely at a gas station. It was caught and I received a new debit card. Month(s) later I have fraud charges again from a hotel 2 hours away while I served at church in yukon,, but on the old "deactivated" card. How this is even possible is beyond me, but even moreso that I have to wait for this charge to be disputed when I don't even have that old card anymore since I gave it to the bank to get it replaced.

I've had a HSA account with the Yukon Oklahoma branch of Arvest for 10 years or more. Suddenly I get an email congratulating me for transferring my account to Connectyourcare. I never ask for the transfer and did not want it but it was done anyway. When I get a new statement, there are charges for the privilege of having the account as well as paper statement. They can't even identify who has my money and I've attempted to close the account with little progress. I do not recommend using Arvent bank for any account.

Denise treated me very rudely when I had asked if anyone was free to help! I hold 2 accounts here. Including my business account. Just lost my accounts! I'll be going to Tinker Credit Union for all my banking now!

We do not bank at Arvest, but our local home-repair company runs their financing through Arvest, so we went with that option for the sake of convenience. Following the advice of the local call center, we went by this branch, only to be given blank looks and told that all of the employees who could handle loans were out all morning for professional development. Really? You're a bank and you can't handle a loan? Some intrepid manager thought it would be a good idea to have EVERY person capable of handling loan paperwork gone at the same time? Solid business plan. Two stars instead of one because the call center person was very competent and prompt in returning my calls to arrange the loan, which we're getting only because the home-repair company is a good one.

I will be closing my account of 9yrs soon. Everything about this Bank has went downhill in the last few years. They've cut their hours, no one that works there anymore seems to know what's going on, they overdraw my account ALL the time by delaying money transfers and deposits, I had my account information stolen and things bought, they refuse to return my money or validate the investigation because it was online purchases, even though the name the stuff was sent to is no one we know or could be related to. They cancel our debit cards to send updated ones but then FORGET to actually send new ones. We own a business and cannot have delays like this. I used to recommend them to everyone I know, but not anymore.

I went to one branch of this bank had problems making an account since I just moved here from TN. Miss Darbie at this bank had no problems helping us out got everything going, she was so sweet and great customer service. You can tell she really cares for the people and will do anything in her power to help. Again if you need help ask for her therefore, Thank You again Miss Darbie for everything 10/10 stars from me.

I have used Arvest for years and typically don't have problems. Today, I went to the Yukon, OK location and was treated poorly by Darby. Very condescending and not at all professional. I left not being helped and will not use that branch again. UPDATE: The bank branch reached out to be both here and via phone. They were very professional. Thank you for taking the time to contact me. Going to change my review from 1 star to 4 stars.

Had to go into arvest to have my fiance's card replaced due to it wearing down. We were not informed that our account would be charged $7.50 to replace the card. As this was our first time having to do this, I was irritated to go into my arvest app and discover this charger without my knowing of it. I've been with arvest for years now and I feel as if every customer should be informed of a charge to their account no matter how small it may be.

They closed my account and took money from my account without notifying me of any fees. They say nothing can be done. I say they are Stilling money from people when no writen notice is given. Don't bank with them you will get your money taken too. A free checking account should be able to set with a minimum amount of money in it at no cost to the customer not money taken because you have not used your account.
