Customer service was horrible, i have 3 fraudulent charges adding up to my rent and all they said was that they cant do anything about it, and that it was the gas pumps fault and that's how they hacked me..

Always very friendly super kind and go out of their way to help you. This bank is always super busy. They need lots more employees and a bigger building.. 😁👍 One of the tubes broke in the drive-thru and tellers Austin came out and was handing people their stuff and taking it back and forth. Super awesome! Thank you Austin for going out of your way to take care of that line. I was not in his line but I appreciate that he was so kind courteous to the other customers. I make deposits for a business, and since the COVID-19 shutdown, this branch has drive-thru lines lasting 30-45 minutes everytime that I go. I suggest using a different branch until they hire back their poor employees and re-staff fully. Better yet, boycot them to support the employees.

I would not recommend this institution to anyone, I've had an ccount with them for a few years. And had an issue with the one on 31st and garnett charging overdraft charges when I don't have overdraft protection, and now this location about my grandson signing his stimulus check over to me and I deposit it in my account. Now I understand policies that are in place, but what I don't like is how I was handled on both incidents. And at this location yesterday the teller said she was the assistant manager, she was very rude and showed now compassion for the situation and looked over us as if her mind was now focusing on the next customer. But she's the assistant manager, I was appauled when I left, and I contacted the contact center again and this time spoke to a lady (who BTW treated me with compassion, empathy for situation, and stayed of the phone trying to get a resolution for me, and gave my number to the manager who did call me back and apologized forfor any inconvenience I had experienced. I understand policies that are in place, but what I don't like is how I was handled, like I didn't matter, or valued as a customer!!!

Drive thru is always backed up. It takes a long time for tellers to respond once you get to the terminals. It seems that one teller is running two lines. Inside is never open when I get off work or come on the weekends.

For the third time in about two months I've gone in with cash, deposited it, and it's not showing up in my account. All banks (including the managers at this location) tell you that cash is instant in a deposit, but this has continued to be a problem. I checked my account before I left today and everything looked good, then a few hours later my card declined at the gas station and my balance is in the red with the cash amount 'pending.' This bank has continually proved that cash is not safe here, and although I've used them for over a decade I'm going to switch banks. Things have changed in the last few years and it's no longer a good business.

This is the slowest branch I ever seen. I don't think this branch deserve one star at this point. Uper management needs to review the employee ethics, productivity and efficiency.

The tellers are 2 slow it should not take over an hour to get through the drive window…mabee if they were focused on serving their customers and not the clock they would be able to flow more… thank you

This place seriously need more employees. Every time when I cone here, even when not busy, there is always no one to help me. These barely two tellers at any given time only.

This is by far the worst bank there is to have banking service with they charge you for cashing their checks refuse to let you put money into other people's accounts just a horrible horrible Bank
