    Tried to open an account 3 years ago...they made me sit and wait 2 hours...I was the only customer there. I finally gave up and walked out. Gave them another chance today to open a savings account for my daughter who just got a job. ONLY ONE PERSON WORKING THERE who couldn't help me! Insisting I make an appointment! This employee was NOT busy ....she was obviously unqualified or untrained. Having only one employee??? Come on...I went to WaFd and immediately got a savings account started for my daughter. I expect this branch to be out of business very soon.

    Customer service is terrible, applied to open account online do to my current work schedule. I sent all necessary paperwork to open account. They did not respond with to several emails as to status of account.

    Got a $700 loan in Jan. 2020. Paid it off early. Tried for $800 loan yesterday. Was declined. Have not missed a payment in 4 years on anything. You are just a number to them to make money off from. Not a person!. I also have had direct deposit every month for over 12 years. Lived in the same place for over 30 years. Very disappointed in them! Will be looking for a new place to bank on Monday!

    Noticing negative reviews and want to say we've had personal, business, trust accounts here for MANY years...since?2008? with nothing but excellent customer service and friendly encounters. We've used all services except having a loan. We've had to do unusual things like send $$ to Boeing CU in WA monthly to pay for my Mom's care...which was a more timely teller transaction and always a smile The only transaction I've had problems w/ is accepting certain payments from CA..which is fixed by using PayPal and a major CC instead of other ways. We had accounts with both Chase & Wells Fargo and did NOT get the consistent service we receive at AZ Central.

    Has decent customer service but there is a problem. I'm a very busy person. I don't always have time to check my account but I know I have more than enough money to do what I need to do. I just checked my account and noticed they take 22-25 dollars every time they transfer money from savings to checking. I lost over 300 dollars this week alone. I will be looking for a bank my next day off. Most banks do this as a courtesy since this is YOUR money and to keep you as a customer. I rate this bank right there with Wells Fargo and b of a------not worth the hassle. Go elsewhere.

    I love my credit union but having 1 lane open in the drive thru and no lobby hours makes going to the bank a 2 hour adventure on Friday. I get covid but you have 2 lanes in the drive thru. Please get them open. The mobile banking app is awesome though.

    Update. They took 64$ out of my acount and didnt even make a payment of any kind when i asked for my money back because it was outrageous i have overdraft protection if i owed money i understand paying extra on borrowed money but not if you dont pay the bill but After calling being told no, being told no at the branch I go to in my small town & closing my acount because they would not work with me. I messaged there facebook page. it's sad that it came to me closing the my my acount and leaving a disappointed message to get my money back but i am glad they fixed this in the end. I'm changing my 1 star too a 3. THANKS FOR DOING SOMTHING! :) even if I did have to jump up and down to be seen. This is my message and there response Me: So I was charged 32 dollors for an incificient funds 2 times =64$ and I have overdraft protection how can I get charged for being to poor? yall didnt even pay the payment. I wpuld get it if I over drafted and owed money but i didnt and you still felt the need to steal money from me. Money is tight in these hard times. When I complained you gave half of the money you took back. You still stole a half a days wage from me in an already unsure work environment. I have closed my account and am very disappointed. for someone that was supposed to protect my money you stole it from me and my animals mouths.... Good day. Them: Dorian, we completely agree with you. We have reopened your savings account and refunded the 2nd fee of $32.00. We’d appreciate a 2nd chance to prove to you we value your business.

    Only open Monday through only open Monday through Friday they no longer have weekend hours the lines are usually long also the tellers are very nice. This Credit Union is also a member of the credit sharing which is nice. Without the weekend hours it's very difficult if your debit or credit card gets locked they say they have people to help 24 hours 7 days a week however I haven't found this to be true

    This is the worst financial institution I have ever worked with. I've been with credit unions for 30 years but azccu is driving me back to a bank. I paid off a mortgage loan and closed the account a week ago, but they are still sending me delinquent payment notices and payment coupons every day. In addition, they originally attached the loan to the wrong account and refused to fix it, the phone service gave me the wrong info and wrong forms, and they are 25 years behind on using technology. You cannot link multiple accounts, you cannot change a direct deposit or withdraw online, in fact, there is very little you can do online. If you want a bank in this century, go somewhere else.
