    Buyer Be Aware!!!! They will make you sign documents without you knowing what you are signing for. I wish I can give it Zero Start. I purchased a Jeep Compass on 1/14/2019 with them and that was the worst purchase of my life. The finance person Darl who did my paperwork is very dishonest. When I purchased my car I did not want any service contract but I end up being forced to take it. I told him I don't want it but he kept pressuring me to take it like it was not a big of the deal. He even said "I'm giving it for free" make it looks like it was nothing. I received my loan papers in the mail and see that they charged me $3,200 more for a service contract that I DID NOT WANT. They gave you the copy of your contract on the flash drive so that you can really read the disclosure. Please ask to see the financial documents before you sign anything. I'm so disappointed. I mean the customer need to be aware of all the close in the contract and you are not supposed to pressure anyone to sign something they don't want. when a customer says NO it's NO. Do not put pression!! Darl will make you sign any documents without even telling you what you are signing and won't give you any time to read the paper. He kept saying "Just sign and I will explain to you later". They were supposed to send me my second key in the mail and I'm still waiting on it. Please people go to another dealership if you want to purchase a car, don't do the same mistake. They just want to still from you and don't care about !! I hope this review can help other not making the same mistake and stand for what they really want and not be bullied by the sale/Finance person DARL.

    Scheduled oil change and was told that Kia recommends transmission fluid change and cooling system flush at 60000 miles. I was over that so okayed the service . I also told service people that the voice command button on the steering wheel was broken and I would like to have that fixed since i have purchased an extended warranty . Now first off I get told that the part for voice command button is in stock and would cost roughly 500.00 including labor .When I mentioned I had a warranty I was told"let me check on that". Was told they would call warranty people and get authorization. I call back later and get told it WILL NOT be covered because it was replaced less than a year ago . I informed repair rep that the previous repair was a broken volume button .Was told they are the same piece .So my next question was then how come the repair would have only been 300.00 including labor and now it's 500.00. It's the same part right .So then I get told it would not be covered because"it looks like you pushed it too hard and broke it" .Who made that decision? They had to call for authorization, no warranty people on premises. After a little discussion they said they would see if Kia would cover it and would let me know in a couple hours so I decided to schedule that repair at a later date. Finally service is done and I go to my car and realize oil change wasn't done since it's not on the bill. Now this calls into question whether or not the other service has been completed . Took me back in immediately to do oil change .Called several times to see if kia would cover the broken part and finally after a week was told that they would but the part had to be ordered .Why was the part available when I had to pay but not available when it is under warranty . Never got an answer to my question. I now call several times to see if part has arrived and get told every time that they haven't gotten it yet and would continue to check on it and get back to me .Just like all the other correspondence? I initiated ALL of it . Finally I had enough and called Kia corporate and told them what was going on . Rep from complaint department put me on hold to call Arapahoe Kia and see what is going on. Guess what,as he was talking to the service manager I get a call that the part has arrived . Imagine that ,ma may Devine intervention. I own 2 Kias and am in the market for a third car but if this is how Kia treats their customers and runs their service department I will probably shop elsewhere

    I had an excellent service experience. The facility is very clean ans the Service Advisors were upfron with what was happening and the timeline. Even provided transportation so I didn't have to wait. Very pleased all aroinf as I also bought the car I had serviced from that location.

    After my recent experience with the service department, I won't be purchasing a new KIA at Arapahoe KIA or any other KIA dealership. I was transferred to the service department four times and each time I was hung up on. After finally reaching the service department, the representatives were extremely incompetent. My car was ready a full 24 hours before a representative called me to let me know that I should come to pick it up. The service manager and the general manager don't return calls. This dealership is the reason why car dealerships have a bad reputation.

    Never thought I would buy a brand new car but Serbie really helped me look at all my options. I was able to find the car of my choice very quick. I really like it. I would recommend Serbie to anybody because he is very friendly and he is willing to help you find what you are looking for. On top of that, he will find a way to fit it in your budget.
