Do not deal in any way with Adam Rowe as he goes around buy run down property's in the Syracuse area and has recieved many city code violations against these property's. He has tried to hire myself and crew to fix a falling down top porch in which the city cited him and at first I thought that I may be able to help him out and be able to fix the porch. After several talks to Mr Rowe I explained to him that the I could not do the work, as I believed it to be too dangerous of a situation and advise him to contact a carpenter who deals in that type of work and that I and my crew are Masons and not carpenters . In turn he said to just put a come a long and throw a couple of nails in. I explain to him that we don't do that kind of shotty work. He became very angry and Stated that he will destroy my business and began posting in social media false stories on my business. I believe that he should not operate his run down house buying here in Syracuse as he lives in Las Vegas and can not operate properly the house buying , renting business as it needs all of ones attention as you are dealing with human life when renting to someone. All of his property is located in the run down areas of Syracuse and some are bug infested and have rats. Please do not deal with Adam Rowe.
