I came into approved cash and they were very busy with a lobby full of people. Kim and Esperanza were very fast and upbeat and greeted every customer by name. By time it was my turn they had cleared their lobby out and both ladies were very eager to help me fill out my application and get me the money I needed. Kim and Esperanza really deserve some kudos for their amazing customer service. If your looking for a loan company this is the place to go.

The manager at the OKC walker location is the most rude person I have ever done business with. I understand that most people who write angry reviews for these places are late...That is the excuse that they give for being rude. This lady has no business saying the things she says. I have witnessed her belittle people as well as talk about customer accounts in front of other customers. I managed a payday loan company for 5 years and never had to talk to customers the way she does. My store was always #1 in collections and #1 in costumer satisfaction.

I called about getting a loan and who ever the lady was on the phone was very rude I’m not sure of what her name is but I called and asked about applying for a loan she told me I can either get a personal or titled loan and explained both what they meant to me and I told her that I did not have any of those then she says very rudely ok well we won’t be able to help u then and hangs up the phone I will NOT recommend this loan company to ANYONE

I do not like places like this. I think that they are trying to make their money off of the suffering of other people. They rely upon the poor and the desperate who need money, to come in and use their service. And they charge dearly for it. It is hard to get away from the rut this puts you in. So if there is any way you can avoid it. Please do.
