Worked with a team of qualified individuals that got my loan in place immediately. When my conventional financing was in place Pioneer Title who was handling the admin of the loan did a great job. Well done!

Whole process was smooth as pie from start to finish. They have done multiple loans for us and each time, they do it right. Geoff never over-promises or under-performs. If you need a non-conforming loan for any purpose, I would recommend them over anyone else.

Should be 6 Stars!!!! Had nightmare experience with 2 other lenders, one taking 6 weeks & charging $530 for appraisal just to say NO a couple days before closing! Geoff IS the decision maker, he says what he can do & does what he says! Closed in 2 weeks!!! They streamline & simplify the process eliminating much of the red tape! Geoff is a miracle worker!

This is the absolute best experience you can ask for in lending. Geoff knows his business, and is happy to assist in various situations. If you are in need of this type of loan, I would highly recommend applewood.

I would not recommend Applewood Funding to anyone. I read the reviews before applying, but decided to continue the application process because the good seemed to outweigh the bad. Unfortunately my experience has been similar to the other bad reviews. If I could give them less than one star, I would.
