It’s always a pleasure working with Markus and the Anuva Capital team. The process is smooth and without headaches, every email is promptly answered and any updates are quickly communicated. If you want to grow your business, then you need a solid financial partner that will help you break plateaus and I found that in Anuva Capital.

So I typically don’t take the time to write a review but I simply had to say thank you guys for always helping and being there for me and my business. Our entire company is grateful for how much you guys go above and beyond to support me and my company. I truly do recommend this company to anyone who needs equipment financing and expert knowledge of the industry.

We decided not to go through with the loan. 5 months later, and we still have not received our 'Down payment' back. I was very hesitant to give a "photo" of my check for this exact reason, but was assured that I would get my money back for any reason. They deposited the "photo" of my check immediately. Just like all of the other reviews that did not end up getting the loan- it is a battle to get your funds back. Be FORWARNED, if you give them any money, consider it gone. It is NOT a good faith deposit or down payment. For months we were told it would be returned, now they are doing research on me to try to convince me why I am doing business, when I am not. Getting backed into a corner to sign docs or lose your money is not a great way to do lending.

    Response from the owner

This particular file & customer has been of some concern of ours for numerous reasons. The initial application was submitted to us in 10/2020 from a company with 10 months in business with the hopes of acquiring a $60,000.00 water truck from a private party vendor (non-licensed). We do our best not to get involved with the selection of any equipment, or who to purchase it from for several reasons of risk. A very difficult undertaking to obtain financing for such a request. The applicants were non-homeowners which also narrows the options. At no point, was money/deposits/or funds of any kind requested, as we continued our diligence throughout the process of obtaining what was necessary to request an approval. We submitted a 56 page credit package to an underwriter on behalf of the applicants in the hopes of obtaining funding for them on 11/06/2020. On 11/08/2020 we obtained an approval for ~$68,000.00. The vendor who was selling the truck went on vacation for two weeks and when he returned it had been sold through a friend who owned an actual reseller of equipment. This was news to all of us. The transaction stood still, yet the approval stayed in place. Still, in mid-November, the applicants approached us once more through the same private party with a 2014 unit priced at ~$48,000.00. We did the necessary diligence and submitted the asset to the underwriter for approval since that is a very standard part of the process. The asset was approved. Still no request for a commitment whatsoever. On 11/25/2020 we submitted a Term Sheet outlining the dollar amount, months, & payments of the approval. This is when we requested funds that are fully applied to the transaction according to approval. They were never, nor is ANYONE requested or required to "pay for a loan". It is clearly stated in the Terms & Conditions of the term sheet that the customer signed on 12/01/2020 what would occur if the transaction failed to fund at no fault of Anuva Capital. The entire deposit would be considered earned for the reasons indicated in the offer. The initial sheet was agreed upon, signed, and the customer issued a personal check. The check was processed as it was explained, and expected. During the process of generating the final documents for the transaction a copy of title was requested to see if there are any liens against the asset. The vendor had lost the title, and had to order a new one from the CA DMV which took approximately two weeks to provide us a new one on12/14/2020. We requested a VOIDED business check prior to funding to set up a required ACH for the repayment of the contract. It was confirmed on 12/13/2020 in an email from one of the partners that there was no problem with that. (Everyone is still moving forward) 12/15/2020 we issue the actual lender approval outlining the exact terms of the approval again. This is where it stopped. We do not know how or why at this point did everything cease. According to the T&C of our term sheet the entire deposit is considered earned. We attempted numerous times to reach them to work on the funding, but to no avail. We have, and always are willing to apply any funds, such as these, where fraud has not occurred to a future approved transaction. The company is just starting out and obviously needed someone that is able to obtain financing when they needed it. Plus, providing 6-7 weeks of diligence and effort without requiring any sort of commitment to fund whatsoever. Recently, when they approached us again we offered the same thing, and they replied they were "no longer operating or interested in starting a business", yet we confirmed with SOS they recently renewed their corporation status and remain in good standing 2/2021. All of the information contained in this rebuttal is verifiable with either emails or documents.

SCAMMERS! DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION OR DEPOSITS! I’m a partner in a new trucking company. In March 2021 we were looking for a new truck and contacted Anuva Capital to find a truck for us and assist with the financing. We corresponded with a sales representative, Mr. Rhyan Atrice, on the phone and via email during March-April 2021. Mr. Atrice found a truck for us and prepared a leasing agreement that, according to him, wasn't the final agreement, since he needed to get the final approval from the lender. He also asked that we send a picture copy of a check for the down payment of $31,300, and stated that IT WILL NOT BE DEPOSITED because it is only for the lender to make sure that the money is theoretically available. With full trust, I signed the term agreement on 4/1/21 to finance a truck, and my investor sent a picture of a check for $31,300, to prove that the funds are there. Anuva Capital withdrew the money ON THE SAME DAY, from a picture that was taken with a smartphone. We never mailed them the original check or agreed that the money gets withdrawn from the account. On 4/6, after realizing that the money was taken from the account, we contacted Mr. Atrice and asked about the check being cleared, despite his verbal affirmations that it will not happen. Mr. Atrice said that it should not have happened, but we should still continue with the deal. Then, we spoke to Mr. Atrice on the phone and asked for the full lease terms and other questions to see how we can get better terms from the bank. After much consideration, we decided to reject the term agreement, as the contract allowed. We sent Mr. Atrice an email asking to start the return process. On 4/13/21 we spoke with Mr. Atrice again and rejected the agreement on the phone and via email. The contract states that in case of rejection, Anuva Capital will return the fee within 30 days, less the 2% of equipment cost which they claim as a service fee that is considered "earned". However, despite many attempts to contact them after the rejection, via phone and email, WE NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THE FIRM, even after receiving demand letters from our lawyers, which are working on the lawsuit now. When we finally reach the VP of Sales, he says that he will take care of the return, but never follows up. It’s been almost 3 months now and we haven’t received the money back, needless to explain how much this hurts a new small company..

    Response from the owner

Our response is in conjunction with the above response only addressing the reason behind their cancellation. They attempted to bring religion into the fray. The group was claiming that one of their partners was not comfortable paying interest because it was against his religion. The partner who was against this turned out to be Galere Absuge. The person who originally made the first contact with us for a loan. On 3/01/2021, we were contacted by a Galere Absuge and he wanted to finance an $80k semi. The representative who fielded the call is a BYU student athlete grad w/ high ethics. The caller did not have a quote, and our rep took an application. It back lower than well lower than any credit guideline would accept. Later a new app was returned through our portal only with a new owner. Jamal Adam, see other false claim below. Credit was better, but ironically started about the same time as the first. These are traits of credit repair schemes. This is not worst of it yet. These first two were from Minnesota. They were actually not even a business. Plus, still why were these two seemingly unrelated people trying to buy a semi. Our rep was doing his part, fairly new to the financing industry which breams in fraud perpetrated in any number of ways. These folks appeared to be attempting a check fraud play. The only way this type of transaction gets approved is with a 45% down. The only that matters is the asset. Enter Hadas?? We receive a check for 31k from Hadas Maton, simply signed Hadas. Who is this guy? He lives in CA, and the telephone number on his check is for a guy named Nahn Tran that had a previous address in Minnesota with Caller #1!! We felt the check would bounce anyway. BUT, 3-4 days after we deposit the check they cancel the deal & want their money back. That's not going to happen. We send the money back, check goes bad, we just got taken by one of the most elementary scams going. At any point that check could have gone bad and probably still will. This caused our company a great deal of trouble to say the least financially. Please feel confident if you are a legitimate business trying to legitimately finance legitimate equipment please give us a call.
