Best advice I can give is if you decide to work with AnnieMac ask for AMANDA B. - you can not go wrong. Extremely detailed, helpful, informative and always available wether via phone, text or email. She not only gets the job done but actually cares for her customers and it shows through her efforts and work.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. My credit profile is near perfect, and yet still, these people found a way to drag my process out unnecessarily, and caused my closing to be delayed by 10 days. Poor communication. Zero accountability. Just AWFUL.

Everyone at Annie Mac seemed genuinely interested in helping out and making the process go as smooth as possible. Emido was always a phone call or text away to answer any questions that I had. Anything I needed clarification on he was there to explain. Emido is very proactive in making sure clients are kept in the loop of how things are progressing and what is needed. Michael Jewell was so helpful. As first time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions. He sat down with us and went over the closing costs line by line and answered all our questions about the different types of mortgages. He and our processor Sandra Hill were in constant communication with us, and worked very quickly when some short deadlines arose.
