This is my first house and Roni Spillane was there at all time to answer my questions and she always and I mean always returns my calls if she misses it. She was very pivotal with me choosing AnnieMac as my lender as she makes everything clear. She does not hide fees and she explains everything in a way you can comprehend. She was prompt to resolve any issue I had. For example, my points were increased for no reason and Roni was quick to fix it. She just Rocks!

Working with Chrissy was fantastic . She was on top of the things right out of the gate. She helped me navigate the home buying process smoothly with her expertise. I would recommend her services, and Annie Mac Mortgage to anyone considering buying a home.

Robin Hall and her Team at Annie Mac were exceptional. We had a complex refinance with some title issues. Very disappointed with Commonwealth Title. They seem to have dropped the ball every step of the way. Bottom line, definitely use Robin Hall at Annie Mac but ask friends/family for recommendations for a title company.

Chris was patient and helpful through out my entire home buying process (which lasted over a year), he quickly drafted pre-approval letters and quoted payments and options for any of the properties I considered. When I finally found my home, the loan application was simple and pain free - he texts (*super helpful) and always responds quickly to any questions or concerns I had. He attended my closing and gave additional insight into the paperwork I was signing.

I first worked with Lynn for an offer that eventually did not happen for extraneous reasons. Even after that we kept in touch over six plus months and she was invaluable in helping me with the house we eventually bought. Lynn was just a great all round resource, bouncing ideas for whatif questions and scenarios and being incredibly patient with my million questions about numbers. I highly recommend Lynn Ashe Devin.

AnnieMac is unbelievable. I was trying to buy a home but the deal fell through because of their staffs complete negligence to do their job. The service that I have received from AnnieMac has been extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend them unless you want your home buying experience to be an upsetting one full of frustration and headache. The mortgage representative would call at 4:50 on Friday and then would be gone when I tried to reach back. The supervisor was hostile and expected me to assume that the closing wouldn’t go through without ever telling me such. I found out 3 days before closing that my deal would be pushed back and I also found out that I could get a much better rate elsewhere. That is why I took my loan to another company who has been polite, professional, and willing to do whatever it takes to close my deal on time. Please save yourself the trouble and steer clear of AnnieMac.

I started out with Jessica Hass an old coworker of mine she is great to work with. She did not have her Illinois License in time so I was transferred over to Brad Miller so as not to slow down the process he was very informative. My Processer Amanda Lindsey was fantastic to work with she was always quick to answer my questions and supply me any information that I needed. Overall the experience was painless and I worked with a fantastic team thank you.

I had to do a lot of follow-ups and received a lot of no responses for my calls/emails from the loan officer and also from the processor. It seemed they take too many customers which they are not able to handle or provide on time service due to lack of resources. My loans didn't close at the date at which they originally projected and required to extend the closing date. I am glad the files were closed eventually with only slight delay. My rating is 3.75 out of 5.
