Annandale Check Cashing - 1.5% Checks Cashed Little River Tpke, Annandale

I went a few days ago to this place I exchanged a check and someone called paola or whatever the hell is her name asked me that if it was my signature you see I could not change a check of that amount, she told me several ridiculous excuses that did not match, she told me that my check It was already signed and that I had to sign it in front of her, and I said it was my signature and she said that she could not and made more excuses, if you have bosses, that lady would be good to change her, treat clients as she should not, I do not recommend this place for no one. This place needs better customer service.

Everyone has always been very nice to me while cashing my check. Everyone complaining that there checks were not cashed due to verification of funds are getting mad at honest people doing an honest job. Talk to your boss and ask him/her why they are writing checks without sufficient funds on their account.

I felt I was discriminated against from the Checks Cashing in Annandale. I had my ID and I am a United States citizen. Regardless of where the check was issued a check can be cashed. I would like this message sent to head quarters. The reason I know it was discrimination is because the two people behind the window were speaking Spanish. And just because my name on ID was someone they did not know, gave them some of a excuse not to cash my check even it was coming from Canada. It is a check cashing place so opening a bank account is not necessary anyway. I would like this looked into. There are people who transfer money from foreign countries who are able to get cash.

I always come here to cash my checks. The lady Paola is friendly, and fast at what she does. I've never been here longer than a minute; or have had a bad experience so far.

The lady's there the are best! I have been dealing with them for years and never once had problem or issues checking a check.0

DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE!!! bad customer service grumpy lady that won’t let you cash your check they need to verify that the check belongs to you even tho it’s your name on it and matches the ID!
