Angel Oak did a great job on our home loan. Chris Aron was quickly responsive all the way through, willing to answer questions by email and phone whenever we had them. He and Ayana kept us apprised of everything as the loan process progressed. They made it a very good experience, and we would definitely use them again!

As a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions and concerns. The markets were moving fast all Summer and into the Fall here in South FL. Working with anyone who would take anymore than 24 hours to respond about a question or detail about the property could result in missing out on a deal. Chris Aron and the Angel Oak team made sure that never happened. Not only was Chris prompt with his responses, he was thorough with his research and answers provided. He made this complex process more simple for me to fully understand what was happening and what my options were. On a further note, I’m certain that my purchase was nowhere near even the median average of homes that Angel Oak closed on (on time, during these crazy times) that month, but it certainly did not reflect in the quality of their service. One of the best experience that i have had. Chris Aron is a true professional at his job. from the beginning to the end Chris was available at any time of the day or night. He answered all of our questions and i never felt unwelcomed. A day before my closing on Sunday night, i had a question about my final CD and i was hesitated to send a text since it was late, but Chris responded promptly and made sure that i feel comfortable for the closing date. highly recommend Angel Oak Home, and i will be return client!
