I sent a feeler to Anchor Mortgage, forgot, and received a call from a Broker, Micheal Torrone. We talked, I said thanks, and a couple of weeks later, he touched base with me. Again, we talked, I said thank you, and this happened two more times as I was speaking with other brokers, but Micheal’s tone rang more true. He gave excellent guidance, took time with my questions, and cultivated a relationship, and earned trust when he tracked me down and let me know some rules we're changing, and now is the time to act. It saved me money, and that is what you want. He earned my business, and to top it, he schooled me on heating and air. How that came up, I don't remember, but that is Michael’s level of service.

I'm a few days away from finalizing a refi cash out mortgage with Anchor Home Mortgage and it's been a painless and easy procedure. I've been working with Sean and Meriah and they have both been extremely helpful and accessible. Throughout the process Sean has done an excellent job of laying out my options and explaining the ins and outs of the whole process. Meriah has also been extremely helpful with the paperwork requirements and went out of her way to help me with a scheduling conflict when I had a family emergency come up. This is a good group of people and I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

Anchor Home Mortgage really makes the mortgage process easy. The hardest part of the process for me was actually looking for a home- not applying and finalizing the mortgage. They were able to get me a great interest rate even with less than perfect credit and a negotiable down payment. Responses were super quick. No waiting on a reply like with the big box companies. Highly recommended and will use them when buying a home in the future.

We just got our first house, thanks to Clay Davis! He was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and guiding us along the way as this process was all very new to us. He even went out of his way to help get things processed in time! I would definitely recommend Clay as a loan officer!!
