Worst customer experience EVER! Tried to open an account with Florencia Calcena and it was a nightmare. She doesn't return calls and when she does, it's 3 days later. When we spoke, I was asking questions about the account process and she was too bothered and annoyed to answer all my questions. She had the nastiest attitude and kept cutting me off every time I had a question. I ended up taking my business to another bank because the service I received from her was so bad.

I heard they are so helpful for the Hispanic community.

I have a POA to handle my sick uncle's account. POA is valid in both Michigan and Florida. This bank refuses to honor the POA because it's not issued by them. Holding my uncles funds hostage. Threatening to turn the funds over to the state because my uncle hasn't done anything with his account in a year. It's only a few hundred dollars but this bank is stealing from a 86 year old man.

Absolute worst customer service at drive thru window! No acknowledgement, no thank you, not a single word to me . I swear the woman didn't even look at me once. She cleaned out her desk drawer while I sat there for 14 minutes waiting in the drive-through after she got the tube. Lame

If you’re black, I wouldn’t suggest going here. I tried to ask one questions, and they wouldn’t even let me in the door. Wow. I felt like a piece of trash!
