I was introduced to Amy Shrader in September 2021. I wanted my house up for sale beginning of November. She was right there and it was posted. My spouse and I hired Amy for the purchase and, years later, the sale of our home in East Tennessee. She is knowledgeable, assertive, and down-to-earth. She also has a good sense of humor, which makes the potentially stressful event of buying or selling more enjoyable. When my husband and I decided to sell our log home, we knew we needed to find the right agent for the job. We researched local agents in our area, and decided we wanted Amy to list our home. Her experience with other homes like ours, as well as her knowledge and familiarity with our specific location was what impressed us from the beginning. We knew we had several things working against us, (for instance, small sq. footage, remote location, no dishwasher, no garage, just to name a few) so we were prepared to sit on the market for several months while we waited for a buyer.
