Service was okay for a standard provide great customer service type business. The clerk was nice. The place was empty. The only reason I’m rating this place at 3 stars is due to the fact that the representative advices me , in order to move on (her words) I had to make a payment of $25. I paid the balance for then her to tell me “okay , so you have to wait 24hrs due to just making a payment.” My face of surprise, I understand company regulations but 24hrs. If I’m at your location it means I need it for that day.I guess this business is about “get your money first and not care for your customers”. They should advice customers in advance, just a suggestion.

I was there for 3 hours going back and forth from my bank to their store...just to change a perfectly good check...was told by corporate to get an endorsement cancellation I got it then after I got it still made me wait another 1 hour the worst service....the corporate is very bad with clients there judgement is very poor and discriminating
