Nadine was completely unprofessional and said I was lying about trying to deposit my check. No employer would have or keep an employee like this! Incredibly rude and unprofessional! She made me never want to come to another amscot!

Tell me why it’s any of your business the specific reason behind a check I cashed from a settlement I received? And the manager here is RUDE. I’m so sick of amscot at this point.

I recently went in do do a transaction and on ky eay out i dropped a $20 and 2 $5 dollar bills. To my amazement one of the girls found it and I got it back. Amazing customer service and customer care shown in this random act of kindness! Thank you Amacot! RGR

Actually denied me to make money orders simply because of the recipient. Don't trust these people at all. Sketchy to say the least.

I visit this store quite frequently. Anyone of the clerks that waited on me was professional and very nice. Never go anywhere else.

I Usually Do Not Write Reviews , Although I Judge Some Places Off Of Their Reviews , And I Hope Whoever Plans To Attend This Amscot Reads This Review First And Does Not Need To Encounter The Terrible Service That I Experienced . So Today , I Planned On Going To Get A Money Order , And I’ve Almost Always Had Good Customer Service And Everything Goes As Planned , But That Clearly Wasnt The Case Today . I Got Asked The Usual Questions For That , But It Was Still Sort Of Odd , I Then Got Questioned , “What is this money for “ ? “Where did you get this money from” ? “What’s your employer” ? And This All After Me Giving My Identification , Adress As Well And Phone Number , Meanwhile I’m An Established Customer At This Location . After I Was Asked Where The Money Came From , I asked for my money to be returned, Went To Ace Check Cashing , Where I Got Exceptional Customer Service , No Questions Asked , Nothing Required , I Requested A Money Order And That’s Exactly What I Got .This Is Irrelevant , But Amscot Has Gotten So Darn Cheap , That They Do Not Give Out The Tootsie Rolls Anymore , You Have To Ask For Them , Smh . Overall , Amscot Has Greatly Disappointed Me Today. Im Not Saying To Not Go To This Amscot Or Boast Ace Check Cashing , But Remember This Incident Next Time You Attend .

I would give it 0 stars but you cant so with that saying I went to Amscot to get a few bus passes I get to the counter and the lady told me cash only and which is ridiculous because that everybody had cash on them so and I only have not enough to pull out of the ATM so now I'm screwed so like I said I would rate them a zero

I always get what I need in good time.
