This is my favorite pawnshop, that new guy gives me some real good deals. 👌🏽

The main manager needs to go to a series of managerial classes. My 4 year old daughter can manage a store better than he can. Horrible service. The employees seem miserable having to be micro-managed 24-7. The environment is toxic. I don’t recommend anyone to do business at this store. As a customer i’ve seen so many good employees quit at this store when the manager would feel threatened about his position and would give them a hard time for no reason at all. What a shame. I strongly advise upper management to do something about it. Good employees are hard to come by and I can see the company is already struggling in replacing the good employees you guys already lost.

Amigo pawn has always been the best pawn shop for my musical and gaming gear and very helpful if I had a shirt I would promote there business and recommend people to shop there 🤘🤘 (Ronny) long time customer

I just want to say when I went there they were so helpful and patient with me, I'm Soo picky and they took the time to answer all my questions plus they offered me different options for my current needs. Love this store! Definitely gonna be my goto.

Went in to purchase something- was looking for jewelry for a gift, only one client in the store, not a single employee bothered to help me.. went to another local pawn shop and had a very different and pleasant experience

Very unpleasant after talking to one employee and being told that he could help me out knowing what I had was a 220 air compressor that was commercial grade and had to be wired to a fuse box when I was finally able to return after loading this huge compressor by my self another rep goes to check it out and says oh this is big and hard to unload saying they won't take now what a load of BS! I never do business with this place and tell everyone I know not to buy anything their!!!

I stopped by while visiting family in Brownsville and the employees were very welcoming I would like to thank one of the employees I believe her name is shanntal she was very respectful my husband and I will be returning when we are back in Brownsville.

dont go toany amigo pawn i went to pawn my mp3 player and they told my they dont accept i was looking for 20 dollars so i wa sok ooh n and my mp3 is on good shape i ask them atleast 5$ hahaha they said no and they told me sir u should go to ANOTHER PAWN LIKE REALLY WTF!!!!!! SO THATS WHAT THEY GANA SAY SO DONT GO
