This insurance company is by far one of the worst! You call to get a quote and the guy tries to sell you like 250000 dollars worth for your car. And he keeps on and on about how you should by all this insurance that's 2500 for 6 months. Beware of these crooks

I dont have an experience, tried to get a phone quote and got disconnected. they called back but left no VM. First of all a home buyers inspection is confidential information. Secondly, it's expensive to have a home inspection done. Thirdly, a buyers home inspection is for the purpose of seeing if the buyer wants to buy the home, it's not meant for insurance companies eyes. Not sure if them demanding home inspections is even legal. That's way too much conflict of interest to ignore.

Have been a big fan of Amica for years, even referring friends to them. Between hail storms and a bad luck basement flood, we had two claims in 11 years. Just got a letter they are canceling our homeowners coverage. DO NOT USE AMICA.

They are trying to avoid liability even with proof from the police reports. Their insured person is avoiding responsibility trying to make me do all the work and leaving me stressed out with no car ir compensation for a rental. This is totally unacceptable and I may have to sue.

I don't use Amica, but got a letter that tried very hard to be official, alarming, "open immediately", "auto insurance notification", and then BOOM it's a sales piece from Amica, "use us". Just very tired of the dishonest spam culture with brands so just doing my part to dissuade such behaviors.

This is one of the most non professional and awful establishments I have ever had To deal with. We just added a new car and ensured it under progressive to save from the absolute torment of dealing with this location and this company. Do yourself a favor and do not use this company or this branch for any type of insurance

Their customer service is terrible. Cancelling my policies was an arduous job requiring multiple phone calls, and received misinformation multiple times. I can't imagine how their service would be if you actually need to make a claim. Frightening to say the least.
