This company just pay their Customer Representative to answer the phone. The two that I spoke with need some Customer Service skills. You don't put your customer on hold for 40 minutes then hang up on them (Christopher). The next call Judy hung up on me and wouldn't let me do the survey. Bernice E. Branch

Horrible customer service. Every month I have issues to make a payment. Automatic service On the phone is bad, when I finally got a person to talk to, they hung up on me and never called back. Website has many issues and doesn’t allow me to pay. At the end of the day if I’m late I’m the one that has to pay the late fee. You guys need to fix and upgrade your phone and website services!!!!

My home loan was sold to amerihome mortgage. Their website and customer service are subpar. Not thrilled with the services they offer. Got hung up on by customer service with no call back. Not a fan.
