Maria Perez is the only person available and the only phone number given in the entire building for whatever reason .you cannot leave a voicemail because the mailbox has been full for three years now that I’ve been dealing with her and this company, emails are constantly and continuously unanswered. She and this company are absolutely completely unprofessional and have no regard for any of their clients trying to get a hold of them for any reason. If I could give zero stars I absolutely would.

Worst loan company I've ever encountered in my life. If you enjoy rude people who barely speak English, having your phone blown up when you are 1 day past due, including every member of your family then this is the place for you. After being with them for 2 years, they took it upon themselves to transfer my account to another company without my consent. They didn't even tell me beforehand, I only found out when I tried to make a payment online and saw my account no longer existed. I have no clue why this was done as my account has been in good standings with them. To make it worse, once they transfer your account it's as if you never existed to them. They won't return your calls, give you ANY information about how to go about making a payment with this new company they transfer you to or any information about the company itself. Their attitude is pretty much "well it's not my problem anymore". I've hated this place ever since I bought my car. Everyone there needs to take a few English speaking and an abundance of customer service courses . Disgusting people representing an even worse company. I will never recommend to anyone and I hope if you're reading this and looking to finance a car, DO NOT GO WITH AMERIFINANCE!

Amerifinance is the absolute WORST loan company I have ever encountered! The people who work there are inhumane, incompetent and incredibly rude! I have spoken to Fred, Holiday and even Maria who has the nerve to call herself a manager. There is no way Maria is a manger, all she does is hang up on members. No one there has been able to assist me. I called and simply asked for a deferred payment. From my understanding every loan company allows a deferred payment once a year. Maria was not understanding when I asked about this, she was rude, I couldn’t even talk because she would talk over me. I tried explaining my hardship and my medical emergency as to why I could not pay this month and she just hung up on me. At this point i do not know who to reach out too. Maria states she has no manager above her, however I’m certain there must be a way she can connect me to the secretary for Mr. Ramin Farahmad the President. At this point I’m seeking legal options, there is no way this can be a reputable company and have such lousy customer service and managers.

This company is honestly the WORST company you can finance or do a lease with . They are very disrespectful and don’t care about whatever you have going on I’m literally on my last month with them and I miss one payment and they send Multiple emails threatening to return it or else . Maria Perez and Yigal holiday need to seek serious help esp because I informed both slow birds that I’m at the hospital while COVID IS going on

08/05/18 - Waiting for a phone call from one of the Managers in regards to a late payment/repossessed vehicle. I had a complicated pregnancy/newborn and was unfortunately unable to work. Currently only 1 month late. I received a text advising me of the repossession and the car was picked up the same day (after I’ve explained this). This was yesterday. I am waiting to receive a call back now. I’m being told I have to pay 4xs the amount to get the car back. Update: No managers available to speak with from 12pm-4pm. I was calling/promised to speak with a manager and told that they will not consider my situation because I neglected to make a payment within 30 days. My account is special and that no one in the office will waive any fee. 08/08/18 - Marie advised me that all the managers saw my review, remembers me and that they are not worried about it. Thanks for the customer service. I put down $3000 and didn’t know I was leasing until I was done signing my papers. I advise you all to be careful with these leasing company’s because they don’t care if you’re 29 days late, experiencing life changes or postpartum depression. At this point, I’m not sure they are willing to help any, even after I agreed to remove this review..

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! I called in order to speak with the mánager and this girl was so freaking rude she was yelling at me through the phone she was talking so loud she doesn't even let me talk and keep asking me stupid questions over and over which already explain to her my reason for a speak with the manager is regarding about my loan, she was saying that before to transfer me she needs to know my reasons so I let her know my reasons and then she goes like Oh unfortunately my manager is not available ...what kind of b******* is that seriously??? So I asked her one more time can I please speak with the manager next thing you know she hung up the phone right on my face. Is not the first time that I had a bad experience with this people. Be careful with the person that you choose to answer your customers calls. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!

This company's employees are extremely rude and disrespectful and don't even offer grace periods or deferments after Hurricane Irma I recently took my car loan out with this company. Since then, about almost 2 weeks, we experienced Hurrican Irma and public schools and most businesses were closed due to electrical issues which took the electric company almost until a couple days ago to have the whole county at 100% again. Due to the closings, I was forced to pay a lot of money for additional childcare costs, food expenses and I lost some days of work which I was not paid for. I called on today's date at about 10:30am because I was a little worried that I would not be unable to pay my next car payment on full and on time. When I called I was greeted by a Shelley who presented herself as a "recovery manager". I explained my situation and my concern and the first question she could ask me was that if I could maybe manage to "play" around with my other bills, ask for extensions. I was shocked. She then explained to me that my loan was not a conventional loan, my loan had no such things as a grace period or deferment options. After expressing my shock not only of the inconsideration on their behalf even with the natural disaster but also with her tone of ridicule she stated that maybe I need to refinance with another company. She even stated I maybe needed to apply for FEMA assistance and unemployment to help pay my car note. I was already flabbergasted enough let alone not ready for the next thing to come out of her mouth which was "you see a regular loan has better customer service". I am appalled and disgusted with this company and the cold halfheartedness of their employees. This company preys on individuals who have low credit scores and their practices should be monitored and controlled. Their employees require much better training and coaching. I called back the company to get the "managers" name I spoke with earlier all she can tell me was Shelley and stated "Report me i don't care, the answer remains the same you need to make your payment."

My honest opinion this company is pretty good. If you know how to pick up a phone and communicate they will work with you. Ive been with them 3 years now and pretty much everytime ive been in a tough spot they have worked with me . only thing i wish they would bring back is paying bi weekly then the one lum sum . the revoews here from some people is bs i personally dealt with holiday and as long you can stick to your word he will work it out for you.

RUN RUN RUN !!! This is the WORST COMPANY EVER to bank with. My aunt banked with them 2-3 years ago & warned me about these people, I wish I would have listened. FIRST THINGS FIRST, MARIA is the WORST CSR I’ve ever come across. She is RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL & has Z E R O CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. I can honestly say the nicest people were Sharlin, Shelly & Sarah, & two of those 3 are no longer with the company, go figure. Shelly, gave me a deferment after Hurricane Irma because I just had my son & Sarah seems to actually care about helping her customers. My car getting totaled was the BEST thing that could have happened to me. Be careful though because they are very sneaky with that final check payment from the insurance company! They cashed the check for my settlement 6 days ago, but have yet to apply any of it towards my balance & still are sending me e-mails & phone calls about a past due amount, & not to mention have yet to start the GAP process! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT bank with these people! I know your credit maybe low to have to deal with them, but it’s not worth it at all! Put down more money & go with someone else. It’s funny how I see all these complaints on Maria & yet the company has done NOTHING about it! GET RID OF YOUR PROBLEM! HIRE PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY KNOW HOW TO BE POLITE & HAVE ACTUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! Just because someone’s credit score maybe low does not mean you have to treat them like trash! I’m glad I will NO LONGER have to deal with you people once this process with GAP is over! Good riddance!
