He's worked with me through periods of intense, quick-paced action, and periods of almost no contact. He was never once pushy or rude, even when my needs changed and it caused him extra work. I've been truly impressed by his responsiveness, professionalism, and willingness to roll with the punches with me. Highly recommend!
