I am so grateful to Pete Reilly and Jamie Hanson for their excellent work helping me to get a home loan after a lengthy divorce. Pete is skilled at working with people who have different needs due to divorce. When I thought I was staying in the marital home, Pete got me pre-qualified for a re-fi--he worked with my attorney and got her a letter in a couple days so I'd have it at court. When I ended up losing the house, Pete and Jamie were great at working with me and my co-signer to get a new home loan in place. Jamie even hassled the title company and worked closely with my real estate agent to get me into a new house with a less than 30-day escrow! I recommend Pete and Jamie without hesitation. They are both super competent, but are also very personable--they actually care! I cannot thank them enough for helping me to get into a new home that is comparable to the one I had to leave.
