American National Bank of Texas Oak Lawn Ave, Dallas

I have banked at this bank for over 15 years but under new management i was told that i could no longer ride my electric scooter through the drive thru for "safety reasons." Even though i have done so for six years! I called other banks and no one else had such concerns. With sadness and delight, i moved across the street to veritex. I recommend others do the same.

These kind and understanding people recently helped me open an account for my disabled sister. They truly are the most professional and compassionate bankers I have ever dealt with in my 60+ years of life!

Worst costumer service ever. ATMs are constantly down. I drove to three different cities trying to deposit money and they were all three down so I got charged negative fees. No one would even call me back to talk to me about it. Can never get through to anyone over the phone. Can't wait to switch Banks. I can see why this bank has such low rating.

American National is a five-star establishment I'm very satisfied with there services. Check them out you mite like also.

I know they had problems with their online service a few months back but have cleared that up. Tellers are always nice and service prompt.
