American National Bank S Washington St, Papillion

We recently spoke with a very nice woman by the name of Claudia at this location in the hopes of refinancing our current JEEP loan with ANB. She was very nice and listened to our situation and said she would submit our request. A week later, after sending her two separate emails and not hearing anything back, I contacted her by phone. The loan refi was denied. She apologized but stated it was out of her control. Underwriters make these decisions. I went in a week later to see her in person to express our disappointment and to notify ANB that our loan would be paid off by another lender. I asked for a name to contact directly to write to again state our position, but she declined to supply this information. I have yet to hear anything back from ANB. We will not use this bank again in the future and would not recommend it to any of our family or friends.

Born and raised in papio until leaving in my early twenties. During the many years my parents and i have had accounts and loans with this branch. Ive built my great credit with the help of this branchs small loans and credit card. Ive always enjoyed the experience with the tellers and other employees. In fact just last week one of the tellers asked my wife how i was doing and i havent seen them in over 5 years. Wonderful bank, wonderful people.

The Papillion branch is always very helpful and all the staff I have spoken to is very knowledgeable.

Have been with them for over 6 years and haven't had any problems with the staff.
