Very unprofessional. The whole process was a nightmare. Huge financial mistakes were made costing me thousands of dollars based on their premature approval without doing their job to evaluate the situation. Then he came into my shop insulting me in front of customers and that's when I decided to leave this review. I would of just let it be but when you come into my shop and insult me that's taking it too far.

Karen is the Best!!!!! my first time buying a home was horrible because I dealt with a bank several states away, bottom line, I will never do that again!!! Karen answered every question I asked, and answered them in a simple way. This is one of those times that "buying local" makes all the difference in the world!
