Through Brandon and his team we were able to buy our first home and wrap the renovations into our FHA giving us the ability to make our old midtown home a little more modern. I was referred to American Home Lending USA by my realtor after I had initially started working with Wells Fargo for my home mortgage. About three weeks into working with Wells Fargo, it became apparent to me that they weren't going to be able to get my VA loan processed in time for our preferred closing date. Considering it was a VA loan and we were just short of three weeks of our closing date, I was concerned with meeting our target closing date. Brandon worked diligently with me over the next two weeks, working through a few obstacles that came up, and true to his word was able to get everything completed and got us to closing on our scheduled date. I was very satisfied with the communication from Brandon throughout the process and his professional demeanor in answering all my questions, no matter the topic. Going through the mortgage process can be tedious. However, In my experience working with Home Lending USA and Brandon and his staff, the experience was seamless and positive throughout Should the need arise, I would definitely use their services again.
