When I started my home buying process, it was a bit rocky however I got the opportunity to work with Jessica Taylor from American Financing and I’m literally almost in tears writing this because she was truly God sent. I cannot put into words the level of care and dedication she pours into her clients. I am not a customer; however I was contacted by Rachel Watkins, Manager in hopes to find one of their customers. She was very rude and hung up the phone when I told her she had the wrong number. Rachel's lack of customer service demonstrates why she is unable to collect from her clients. God forbid I am in need of borrowing money, but if I were I would never use American Finance.
