My wife and I were drowning in debt. Not able to ever get above water to get a breath. It felt impossible to think we'd ever get out of debt on our own. We'd tried it for many years. Then I found American Consumer Credit Counseling. I actually clicked on their link thinking it was another company I was looking for and filled out the info. I didn't realize until after I got a call from them that I'd clicked the wrong website. I'm glad I did. Randy at ACCC helped me realize what needed to be done to get ourselves above water again. This was by far the most enjoyable experience I have had when it came to discussing my debt as odd as that sounds. I can't wait to get out from under the mountain of debt and see the sunshine again. It's been a long long time since that's been possible but now I can finally see a light at the end of this dark tunnel called debt. Thank you to Randy and ACCC for all you do for people. Perkins was such a professional over the phone. He is extremely knowledgeable and broke down the process in a meaningful and understanding way. American Consumer Credit Counseling is a great way to budget and consolidate. It’s such a relief to know there are options. If you are suffering and trying to manage things on your own but are overwhelmed, I highly recommend the Debt Mgmt Program. Superb customer service and website. I had tried to get a reconsolidation loan for my unsecured debt my husband and I had acquired during Covid. The bank turned me down and I was told to try One Main Financial. They couldn't help me either. So I called CCCS and spoke with a gentleman named Randy. He helped me thru the whole process. He was very understanding and reassured me more and more people are using their services. I am so glad I called and was able to work everything out and get on a management plan. I am going to be debt free in 3 yrs. Thank you Randy for all of your help!

Helped me figure out how much I should be spending on certain things and how much not to spend on certain things. He guy I had spoke with. (Ext. 5988) was very polite and honest with me. If I had to Interrupted him to ask a question. He stopped to answer it.

My representative was very helpful! He explained everything in it's entirely, went over every detail of the program with my husband and I and after I had heard everything he was the reason we decided to go with the program.
