Need better customer service. Been banking with this bank for years. And out of all their banks this is the worst one ever. Need more customer training or something because this isn't it 🙄

Courtney was very professional,helpful and kind while helping me unlocking my online banking account and answering questions about refinancing my mortgage loan.

Sent one of my workers down there to deposit a check into his account (which we've done before) and the lady said we couldn't and that it can't happen. Literally worst bank I've ever dealt with not nearly as professional as other credit unions or banks. If you want your money and you want it done right and on time forget about going here

I deposited a check and was told my check would be released in 7 days (this was on a Monday, I guess the teller forgot to remind me the weekend days didn't count, she surely stated my funds would be available the following Monday), went to the bank no funds were available. Called the call center they informed me that I would have to wait two more business days before my money would be released. They gave me the branch number to the Roebuck location, I contacted the branch after several times calling they finally answered out of the 12 calls. When they picked up everybody was playing phone tag like nobody really wanted to take the call, I informed them of my issue just to be brushed off on hold for 6 minutes for the branch manager to nonchalantly get on the phone to tell me that they wouldn't be able to expedite my funds I will surely be closing my account down come Wednesday I would never bank with them again worst mistake ever.

The most stupidest thing Is that You can only have one person to have money withdrawn out your account! Why you can add multiple people I’m done with this bank! And I tried to reset my American Log in but it will not let me! I’m tired of the shenanigans!

This Credit Union is by far the worst. If you are like me and you want to use your Apple Pay or Paypal you can't because of the fact that it is a credit union. They will block your card if it stays negative for a week and they wont even tell you. You will go on putting money in your account and leaving nine dollars in your account which they take out every month, but when you try to buy something your card is declined as if you have no money in it. THEY ARE NOT THE CHOICE FOR ANYONE!!! DO NOT BANK WITH THEM! And even now after I have closed my account I got a rewards card to use on items I want to buy online, but still it doesn't work with Apple Pay or Apple Music nor does it work with Netflix. This bank is not for anyone who wants to do more then put money in and take it out.

I love them they are the most considerate bank I've meet I've been banking with them since I was 19 when I started with them I've never had an bad experience with them

THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVERY RECEIVED!! HORRIBLE BANK!! HIGHLY ADVISE USING A DIFFERENT BRANCH LOCATION!!
