America First Credit Union (inside Kent's Market) N Main St, Brigham City

Very disappointed, gave them all my information. I was told I was qualified and everything was approved. Brought the owner of the vehicle down to the bank, and they said not enough collateral at the last minute. You think they would of done all the paperwork and research before they approved me. So embarrassing! Seemed like just a scam just to get me to sign up for a credit card. Zero Stars!

Every time I come here there is some kind of issue that makes it so I either have to go in the building or they tell me that they can’t help me. I show up with a government issued ID and they reject it even though in ever other America first branch I never have any issues whatsoever with my ID. From now on I will just drive the extra couple minutes and go the the branch on the other side of town.

This organization is simply not ready to support business accounts. The automated systems they try to foist onto users is simply a path to frustration. Phone support is pathetic. Randy seems to have been permanently moved from the branch.

Great location for personal banking- Rayn was very friendly and had some great tips 😁! The manager seemed to be pretty nice as well; will continue banking here-

Good branch, and awesome staff, but Randy the branch manager is very condescending to the employees at Kent’s and sometimes the America first members. I feel bad for the poor employees who are stuck working for him

Always friendly but don’t go to the drive thru you will wait for more than 10 minutes wondering if they got the notice you were there. Seems it’s every time I go to this branch . But I do love America first just not this branch

I have loved using this little branch of America First! The staff is all so friendly and knowledgeable. Lines are typically short and they always help me quickly!
