America First Credit Union N 79th Ave, Tolleson

I come here because it’s the closest branch to where I live. The Caucasian male (I didn’t get his name) must be racist against Native Americans. I observed how he treats non-natives and it’s a whole lot different than how he treated me. Maybe there’s a reason why he transferred to this branch from Page, AZ. I’m taking my business to Tempe branch from now on. I’m better off driving a longer distance than to deal with people like him.

I had the pleasure of taking care of some financial business today at the branch located at 221 N. 79th Avenue, Tolleson AZ. It was so nice to meet someone at your bank that was knowledgeable, professional and very customer oriented. I have a been Manager for over 25 yrs. in customer related field & can honestly say that your employee Kim May is an exceptional employee. Thank you Mike

I have been a member for a few months, the staff at Tolleson branch are awesome! This has been the best banking and lending experience ever for me. I will be here and making my payments and deposits. i will follow up with a post in 6 mo. see how it goes. Thank you for being my financial institution of choice. Suggestion:. you need Saturday branch hours. Saturdays till noon wont hurt. More AZ Branches too.

Worse Branch ever.. I wanted to make an account and all they did was ask me some dumb questions

Im posting 5 stars all though in reality its a 4 and a half star. So far this financial institution has been extraordinary in terms of customer care and service. The representatives are knowledgeable and kind. Arranging a direct deposit was quick and easy. However, in terms of accessibility the credit union closest to me is only open 5 hours of the day making walk up teller/banker service frustrating. All in all satisfied though.

This place will not let me pay off my loan! The person I talked to told me I had to bring a cashier's check or money order in to pay off my loan! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? This is a banking establishment! Hopefully it is federally insured! AND not only can't I pay off my loan, but I will still have monies owed when I do because of the interest rate. This is hysterical! REALLY!!?? IT'S CALLED TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES!

America First has been the best bank I have ever been with period. Their employees are always bright and smiling, caring, and attentive. During this time of hardship, my wife has been affected and they worked with us, giving us two months without a car payment. This company truly cares about their customers and I will always tell others about them. <3

So I received a car loan through this bank, and need my account number. Its been three weeks and i have yet to receive any info on my loan. I spoke with a representative and shockingly this organization does not have the technology to email me my account info. So i now have to wait another who know's how long to receive this info in the mail. Even spoke to a supervisor who also did nothing for me other than restate that they cannot send me a simple email. Joke! Just lost a customer, I will transfer this loan asap to new bank that utilizes modern technology.

They only seem to be able to help by email. Every time I call I'm told to send an email. This includes fraudulent charges on my accounts which take 3 weeks for a response. Plus the fact that they are only open M-F 9am-2pm. I work those hours. I have 3 accounts and I need to be able to communicate with someone by phone or in person. RESPONDS TO OWNER APRIL 26, 2021 I HAVE CALLED YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER MORE THAN ONCE. I'M EITHER TOLD TO EMAIL MY VISA DISBUTE AND IT WILL TAKE 2-3 WEEKS FOR A RESPONSE OR I'M TOLD THAT BECAUSE OF COVID THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT CAN'T ACCESS ALL OF MY INFORMATION IN ORDER TO HELP ME. SO THIS MORNING I RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM THE BANK SAYING I HAD TO FILL OUT A FORM. I WAS NOT TOLD THAT 2 WEEKS AGO. I WAS TOLD TO WRITE AN EMAIL TO YOU AND ATTACH THE INFORMATION REGARDING THE FRAUD CHARGE. THE ONLY OPTION THE FORM GIVES YOU IS TO REPORT THE CARD STOLEN AND CANCEL THE CARD. MY CARD WAS NOT STOLEN THE CHARGE WAS A TRAIL MEMBERSHIP THAT I CANCELED, BUT THE COMPANY CHARGED MY CARD AGAIN. SO NOW I DO NOT HAVE A CREDIT CARD. I HAVE NO IDEA WHEN I WILL RECEIVE A REPLACEMENT.
