    I agree with the person name frank russo on earlier comment below. I bought a car from them and I must have spent at least $6k on mechanical issues. I had the car for maybe 3 days and the engine light came on. I took it to the amarals to get it checked out and I was not so worried because Neil sold me a private company warranty. I swear I must have not put my foot into their dealership I had never regret this much in my entire life. This car had too many problems one after another and the warranty company would not cover for any of the problems I had. Manny and Neil on the other hand really doesnt care anymore because they got paid already and they were nice still but reluctant to help me. After taking the car to the brand dealership the service manager told me to go return the car. He said the amount of money I am going to be spending to fix the problems it is not worth it to keep the car. In the end I thought about doing something really stupid to them but I stopped. I do not even want to spend a penny or even see them again anywhere. Please do save your time and shop somewhere else.

    Great first experience, but very unhappy not even a year after car purchase. Its unfortunate when you give people the opportunity to make things right and they completely shock you with disappointment and disrespect. I was very taken back and offended by the way my sister and i were not only treated but how we were spoken to when trying to explain that we shouldn't be having this many issues or money going into the car sold to us not more than a year ago. When you purchase a car whether it is $100,000 or $12,0000 you should be treated failry and with the same respect or customer service regardless what the dollar amount of the car. I am hoping things will be made right and we will hear back soon from the salesman or owner of Amaral.

    As with many, I don't like the car buying process. I usually walk into a dealership torqued up expecting to be "cheated" in some way. I expected nothing different when I started emailing Neil Amaral. I WAS WRONG! The dialogue was very civil, no "come ons" or "promises"...just a simple conversation. When I looked at the auto, he walk away so that my family had time to go through the car. We negotiated openly and with apparent trust. They offered a fair trade-in for my current auto and there were ZERO (0) surprises except for the pleasant experience. We shook hands, "the old fashion way", on the deal. I just picked up the vehicle...so basically, this process was amazing and everyone at Amaral Auto...including Mr. Amaral were great. I would highly recommend them for an auto purchase.

    Very friendly and well run establishment. Devin in particular was very accommodating and knowledgeable about the inventory. There was no pressure or “car sales” vibes and he went out of his way to make sure the car and its features were in great shape. I’m loving my car and am happy I went through Amaral and Devin.

    Let me start off by saying "I absolutely love this place". Neil made my buying experience pleasurable. Fast forward 1 year later to my service experience and still everyone is very accommodating, polite and helpful. Nothing less then 100%.     I bought a car from Amaral back in 2005. The car is an suv and has been trouble free for ten years. They used to be located in Harrison near the Path station and I would frequently bring my autos there for service. Never had any issues with them and Mr. Amaral ran a good operation.
