Called at 730 pm and phone was answered immediately. Explained the situation and while on the phone they found all the information we needed. Followed up with text msgs to let us know the status of each step. Next morning texted to let us know court was running late. Texted us after the hearing to let us know the bail amount and then contacted us by phone to process everything. Very very knowledgeable and answered questions we did not even think about.
