Alpine Bank Main Ave, Durango

I was impressed with Alpine Banks website in regards to their community advocacy, customer benefits, policies, and online services. When I visited the Durango branch I was even more impressed and surprised by the virtues exhibited there. Not a comment commonly used these days in association with a bank. The atmosphere was friendly and comfortable, as well as the staff, who were also knowledgeable and resourceful. My expectations were more than met by Trina and Alpine Bank for my banking needs.

Highly recommend! I came into the downtown location with a unique financial situation to resolve and I was met with kindness, flexibility, and helpfulness. Absolutely amazing experience and I left with a huge smile on my face. This is a fantastic local bank with incredible people, thank you!

The personal care that this small bank shows customers is amazing. Quick actions to insure account security is especially appreciated. A friendly hometown service is always welcoming. My previous review was meant for a cafe in Ouray. Surprise.

Eric, Kyle, and the team at Alpine bank have gone above and beyond to help us and our small business succeed. They are "real" people and not stuffy/ grouchy bankers. Their communication, professionalism, and more than that- their continual offers of their expertise even if it does not benefit them to help us maneuver financial waters. We have had such a great experience with them that we even had our son open his first checking account there. In our 19 years of business, we have never had such a positive banking experience!

Amazing bank. Its embarrassing to be this enthusiastic about a bank but really awesome place. Friendly staff and friendly policies. Use this bank especially if you are a college student. They do alot to try and help people and their money. They wave alot of fees that are standard at other places and use debit card profits for local charities. You can even pick what chairty your edbit card profitscard goes to. So easy and lax account set up. Everything i was looking for in a bank as a college student and mom.

This is the best bank in the area. I've had a business for over 25 years and for the last 4 have been banking with Alpine for both business and personal. They recently notified me of fraud on a debit card, contacted me immediately and began working on it before I even called. Their loan department is outstanding. Eric and his staff are helpful, proactive and willing to explain the details. They are friendly and willing to help even when it is an issue that isn't directly related to their department. I would highly recommend them to anyone for small and large businesses and personal accounts as well.

I was very impressed with my rep. Ally, I came in and was greeted by each employee and was helped right away. My needs were exceedingly met, needless to say I was glad to make the choice of doing business with Alpine! I had searched for weeks (after moving to here from Texas) for a bank that would have no rates on a simple checking account as well as great customer service!

Home mortgage - Beth Malecki is very easy to talk to, and she is on top of every little detail so carefully. It takes a lot of the stress out of the home buying process. Whenever you have a question, she won’t rush you out the door but explain things in detail and at an angle you can understand. Beth made home buying fun for us, she is warm and welcoming us to the community. We are so glad we chose Alpine Bank, she got us a great interest rate and a smooth closing !
