I been with this credit union for a very long time.I enjoy banking with them They have friendly bank tellers. And very quick email response!

I love the new location! Toni and Melissa are amazing and always so helpful. The service is fast and the bankers are always willing to answer questions I have about my accounts. I recommend my credit union to all my family and friends

I became a loyal member of the credit union because of there employee Jessica Peluso . She goes up and above to help her customers with all of their financial needs. Jessica is prompt, organized and looks out for her customers. My whole family switched to first financial for their banking needs. Personable and always looking out for us and our financial planning. It started by taking out a small loan and moved up to several accounts and vehicle purchases. If you want a banker that cares and is there for you, see Jessica P at the StCharles location!

I had a car loan through them and never again. It took me 20 days and 2 phone calls to get my Lien release just emailed to me. I still haven’t received the hard copy in the mail they promised me by 7 days after my car was paid off. The first phone call they said it was returned to sender which they mail me things all the time so there’s no reason it should have been. I asked them to send it again in the mail and email me a copy as well. Over a week later i still hadn’t received either one of them. The second time I called and asked it to be emailed and mailed to me again and the lady didn’t explain anything to me as to why i hadn’t received it and seemed like she just wanted to get me off the phone. Just said okay and confirmed my email and mailing address. She did promise me it would be in my email by first thing the following morning at the latest and I didn’t receive it until the end of the business day the following day. I understand people get busy and forget but I shouldn’t be having to call and fight to get copies of my lien release. If I don’t get my lien release in the mail by Monday I’ll be calling again and asking to speak with a manager.

I just want to say that Donna has been such a joy to work with. I had a huge issue with the company I bought my car from and Donna went above and beyond to help get me the information I needed to get the issue fixed. I couldn't be happier with the service she provided. We will be using this branch for all future banking needs and loan. Thank you for being so kind!

Multiple mistakes made. Money was withdrawn from my son's account when my daughter was withdrawing from her account. My husband made a significant withdraw from my account when he was withdrawing from his account. One woman is incredibly rude every time I am in there....but sweet as pie to my husband. The phone line is near impossible to speak with a human. Perhaps I'm spoiled with the professionalism at Commerce.

The coworkers here are so friendly and nice. They will go out of there way to help you. I would recommend this credit union over any.
