I would not recommend this company, this is why. Bill had listed a home for sale and on that same day my agent sent him an offer on the home and Bill did not let her know he received the offer nor did he return any calls emails or text messages. She has reached out to Bill on multiple occasions regarding the offer and not once did he reply not even to simply say he received it. Then four days later the house is pending still not at any time did he reach out to her. Which makes me believe he never presented our offer to the sellers. This is very unprofessional and untrustworthy of him. I would never want to work with a realtor/broker that is not trustworthy and has such lack of professionalism as hisself.

I do not recommend this company and here’s why. 1. They will make you sign a contract with them to make you buy a house with only their company. I do not think this is an okay practice. Our realtor did not do as well after we signed. So we were stuck or had to wait a few months to buy a home with someone else. 2. I made it very clear we were weekends only for viewing and then our realtor went out of town quite a few weekends. In fact our realtor went out of town while we had just put in an offer on a house. This was hard to make negotiations with a fill in from their company. 3. The communication was very poor. We had to make an effort to communicate. Otherwise we received no updates from our realtor. 4. On top of the percentage this company charges when you buy the home they then charge you about $300 at closing as an additional fee. That fee does not make sense at all. Not all companies charge this so do your research. Due to these reasons I recommend you go somewhere else to buy or sell your home.

Awesome company with friendly and professional agents! They’ve gone above and beyond throughout the entire process! Would highly recommend for anyone looking to buy or sell a home!
