Love my “hometown bank”. They know me! I walk in and they take of all my banking needs. Not like those big banks. Can call each bank and talk to real people!!! Love that. And again they know me! That in itself is a great feeling!

We've been banking at this location for over 10 years and can not say enough great things. Corky is not only great at running the bank but also a great person to know. I have personally experienced him going way out of his way to deliver personalized service to our family. All the amenities of a big bank with a community bank relationship.

They have great customer service, unlimited transactions and make it easy to have free business and personal checking accounts. I highly recommend them!

Edit: The president of the bank himself reached out to me to try and make things right after this review. I appreciate their willingness to work for customers. Their office is only open during the most inconvenient hours, so god help you if your card gets lost or stolen over the weekend or after hours, or if you have a problem transaction any time other than the hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. they still do everything with paper instead of just emailing. they only have a scant few locations, and they are all out in BFE, so if you do want to get anything done, you have to take off work to get there.
