All Valley Pawn is a super cool place. I hate it when you go in a place and you feel like somebody's trying to be slick and you don't know whether they're getting over on you or not. This place was awesome I went in there with an older watchband, just to sell the gold as scrap. I wanted to keep the watch part. They gave me a great percentage of the current gold rate per gram and on top of it they even went to the back and got me a little band for my watch that I was keeping...a nice leather band, free of charge. I definitely know for a fact that I did not get worked over. All was fair for them and all was fair for me, no doubt about it. I will definitely return.

these guys are the real deal! no hidden surprises! i cant wait to go down to the shop and get another great deal as they have a wide selection of musical instruments cutting edge drum machines etc. you can even buy from them on their ebay site and have your ordered delivered! thank you guys for your low prices and overall help!

Eric and the crew here run an amazing operation. I have been to a lot of pawnshops in my life. Probably between 20 and 30 in total. These guys take the cake as far as fairness, cleanliness, Variety and accessibility. They are all very pleasant. I do not feel judged when I am there. I also do not feel like I’m getting swindled when I’m there. These are exactly the type of guys that you’re going to want to build a working relationship with if you plan on being a return customer. I would send my grandmother here and I wouldn’t even call them ahead of time to let them know she was coming. That’s how much I trust these guys. One last thing, if you work with these guys and let them have the ability two make their business work and don’t try to milk them for every penny, when times come where you have to get out of a hole financially I’ve noticed that they are much more willing to work with you then pretty much any other pawn shop I’ve ever been to.

I bought Jabra earbuds from this saller,after I open it and I saw it doesn't fit I want to return it,but they refuse.

After looking all over the Valley for an angle drill, All Valley not only had what I needed, he gave me a little discount. The service was fast, and friendly. I will definitely be making a return one day to purchase another few items from his wide variety of items. Best selection in Van Nuys.

I wish I could give this business 10 stars! These guys not only are super sweet and cool. But they really worked with me on my grandmothers rings I wanted/had to pawn. They very much took into consideration this jewelry was very sentimental to me and that definitely was beneficial coming down to the final transaction. Also, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! Right after I left, I called my mother about 2 rings she wanted to get rid of as well. If I ever need a pawn shop again this will be the only guys I go to. Aside from the business, great parking too!
